We believe that education is something to be constantly invested in, and that you always need to be in step with the best practices in the industry. That’s why we decided to participate in the “Quality Management in ICT” seminar, organized by ZIH, on Mažuranić Square in Zagreb.

The seminar lasted two days, and the goal of the seminar was to acquaint us with the importance and impact of quality management in the ICT, the possible approaches to creating such systems, methods for determining the level of ICT as a business system, applications and standards in software, using statistical methods and techniques in ICT, as well as with statistical business process management in ICT.

We have learned a lot of new information that we can use in our daily operations, and we are confident that this is just one of many ZIH’s seminars that we’ll attend.
