This seminar is intended for people who work on the introduction of management systems according to the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 norm and / or persons who will participate in internal evaluations of the established system.

Knowledge on ISO 9001:2008 is not a prerequisite for participation.

Goals

Acquaint participants with the management system according to the ISO 9001:2008 norm. To train students for the planning, organization and implementation of internal audits and identification of non-compliance and to make proposals of corrective and preventive actions.

Interpretation of ISO 9001:2008 requirements

• Requirements group 5: Management responsibilities
• Requirements group 6: Managing resources
• Requirements group 7: Realization of products/services
• Requirements group 8: Measuring, analysis and improvement

Planning internal audits

• Creating a plan of internal audits
• Preparation of a checklist for assessing

Implementation of internal audit

• Making an audit report
• Creating reports on non-conformities

A large number of case studies with activities for the seminar participants

Exam for internal auditors

• Exam after the seminar is finished

Certificate
All attendants that pass the internal auditor exam receive a certificate: ISO 9001:2008 internal auditor of a quality management system.

Other receive a participation certificate.
