If you take into account that companies can be grouped into three categories: those that influence events, those who watch events and those who wonder what happened, then it is clear that the company to achieve its business reality must fight for its place in the first group, which affects their future. To do so, it must be open to new ideas and new knowledge, and certainly must develop and plan their own future. Strategic planning methods can significantly help with that, as well as balanced scorecard. This seminar is intended for the highest management.
Goals
Objective of this training is to encourage a vision and strategic planning ability in participants and create conditions for the implementation of the balanced scorecard in everyday practice.
